In 1997, at the passing of Saint Teresa, Vince Ambrosetti was asked to sing his song Sanctuary during Communion at her funeral, and he was honored to do so. The song, based on Psalm 90, was originally written to express love of, confidence in, and gratitude to God, but was adapted after Saint Teresa's passing with the addition of another verse honoring her servanthood and self-sacrifice.
